Free shipping on D2 products is not valid with any discount codes or any other offers and is limited to D2 brake upgrade kits and coilover kits and not any other D2 products.

AUTOsports NRG Competition

This document sets out the terms of participation in the AUTOsports Send to Friend competition (the “Competition”).

1. The promoter of this Competition is AUTOsports Australia(the “Promoter”) (ABN 47 434 539 866).

2. Entry to the Competition is open to all Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and any person associated with the Competition, and any organization or individual associated with the Promoter, are not eligible to enter.

3. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter’s website (if any) form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Entry into the Competition is free.

5. The Competition opens at 10am AEST on Thursday 15 December, 2011 and closes at 6pm AEST on Thursday, 15 March, 2011 (“Competition Period”). Any registration received prior or after the close of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

6. To enter the Competition, you must:
Enter your name and email, plus 2 friends names and emails, plus answer the question creatively.

7. Each entry must include your name and email.

8. You must not enter the Competition more than once.

9. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.

10. The winning entrant will be a drawn based on the most creative answer as deemed by the Promoter.

11. Minor prizes consist of AUTOsports merchandise packs and of D2 Racing Street Spec Coilovers. Major prizes is an NRG Innovations interior pack consisting of 2 sports seats, 2 4 point harnesses, a thin hub boss kit, Gen 3.0 quick release steering hub and high performance lug nuts to suit your car (where applicable). Discounts are applicable on one major item only (coilovers, brake kits and which ever items we deem).

12. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.

13. Each entrant warrants that:
(i) all details provided with your entry are true and accurate;
(ii) the exercise of the rights granted to the Promoter in these Terms and Conditions will not infringe the rights of any third parties; and you will indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of these warranties.

14. You acknowledge that the Promoter is under no obligation to exercise any of the rights granted to it by these Terms and Conditions and any communication of the winning entrant to the public by the Promoter is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

15. Decisions of the Promoter and its panel of judges are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The name of the prize winner will be published in on the Promoter’s website and marketing material. Please allow at least 28 days from the date of notification for the delivery of the prize.

16. If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize/s to the prize winner/s of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

18. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize or damage to any prize in transit.

Returns Policy

We know from the feedback we receive from you that you love us to hunt down the best products at bargain prices. To do this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. So when you’re at the checkout, take a second to run your eye over your order for any slips of the finger before submitting because once you’ve submitted it, it’s too late!!

Exchange Policy

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description (and yes, we are human) or where your request to exchange is covered by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

If you think you have a case for a genuine exchange request then please contact us first before sending your order back to us as it may get declined and returned to you. In all cases Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note products returned to us for an exchange must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.

Warranty Policy

AUTOsports warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.

If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution.

Competition and Consumer Act 2010

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by AUTOsports. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of Australian safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission enforces the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

How to return a product:

If you think that you have a valid reason to return under the policies described above please contact us before sending your order back to us as the processes we use are different depending upon your situation. If you don’t contact us first it could delay your request or result in your claim being rejected. In all cases proof of purchase will be necessary to process your request.

Change to orders

We know that our sales can be popular and things sell fast but it's really important for everyone that our customers orders come through with all the information we need. Unfortunately, once you've submitted your order and payment has been accepted we can't make any changes to it – that includes sizes, colours, quantity and address details. It's not that we don’t want to but we move fast so you get your parcel quickly and we’re ready for tomorrow's sale.

Out of Stock and Backorders

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder or "rain check" facility.
